Boston chef Douglas Rodrigues has been arrested for assault and battery and fired from his job as executive chef at Ken Oringer's flagship Clio. Eater Boston reports that Rodrigues was arrested on February 17 and confessed to stabbing a patron at a bar. There's some speculation it was accidental, as the chef was reportedly showing a woman how to handle a pocket knife when he stabbed the victim in the thigh.[Eater Boston]
