The Price Hike

New, 1 comment

saison-cheep.jpgWell, so much for that $48 lounge menu that debuted earlier this week at the brand new iteration of San Francisco's beloved Saison. Chef Joshua Skenes has decided instead to serve a lounge menu that Eater SF describes as "somewhat improvisational" — each menu borne of a conversation between the restaurant and a guest. The new menu will come at a heftier price tag of $88 minimum — which is still a lot less than the $400 for dinner and wine pairings. [Eater SF]
