Last night on The Daily Show, Jon Stewart reported on the horsemeat burger controversy that has spread from the UK to the rest of Europe. Noting that the problem has been traced to Romanian abattoirs, Stewart asks, "What kind of a world do we live in where we can no longer trust the product purity, the regulatory oversight of Tranvsylvanian meat slaughterhouses?" He also plays a clip featuring Eatocracy's Kat Kinsman, who says that eating horsemeat is culturally acceptable in countries such as France, Italy and Kazakhstan. As Stewart replies, one of those things is not like the others. Here is the clip, complete with a Kazakh fried bucket of horse:
