SLS Wire

It's a busy time for sbe, which has announced it's not only working on an SLS Hotel in Las Vegas, but will build one in Seattle as well. The hotel will have 30,000 square feet of yet-to-be-announced restaurants and clubs, and a spokesperson says it's too soon to say whether one of them will be run by SLS culinary director José Andrés: "We'll come up with a concept that's appropriate for the market." Seattle just might get its very own sbe brands like Bazaar by José Andrés, Katsuya by Starck, and Umami Burger. Developing. [Seattle Times]
