808Oxheart150.jpgWeekend guides to cities are generally pretty flawed when written by an outsider, and here's Matthew Kronsberg's guide to a "long weekend" in Houston. He recommends readers to check out the newish hotness Oxheart — on the JBFA longlist, Alan Richman's "outstanding" listicle, and one of Bon Appetit's best new restaurants — for dinner on a Saturday night. Thing is, there isn't a single Saturday night reservation available through April, so when Kronsberg writes "reservations are strongly advised," he means "reservations are almost impossible to get but good luck."
