Following the planned month-long revamp of his three-Michelin star London flagship Restaurant Gordon Ramsay, chef Gordon Ramsay will relaunch the restaurant "in partnership with head chef Clare Smyth." Smyth, who joined the restaurant team as chef de partie back in 2002, will "take a share of" and become "standing chef-patron" of the business. [Big Hospitality]
