faviken.jpgBritish GQ's Charlie Burton heads to Magnus Nilsson's Swedish restaurant Faviken, which he calls "the future of fine dining." According to Nilsson, Scandanavian food gets lost in translation: "What annoys me is that today, you can go to a number of high-profile British restaurants and they've been fed the aesthetic language of Noma, which is awesome, but doesn't belong there.
