Gordon Ramsay is closing his three-Michelin-starred London flagship Restaurant Gordon Ramsay with plans to refurbish it and relaunch in a couple of months. The shouty chef explains that "every five years at that level, to reposition yourself is important. ... Because you get criticized, easily.
