Back in February the SBE hotel group announced plans to open an SLS Hotel in Las Vegas in late 2014 including several famed West Coast restaurants like The Bazaar by José Andrés, Katsuya by Starck, and Umami Burger. Today comes news that a new branch of Hollywood's Cleo will join the mix,clocking in at 4,000 sq ft. Cleo in LA opened back in 2010 and showcases chef Danny Elmaleh's Mediterranean cuisine.
