Sietsema's Search for Cuy

cuysietnyc150.jpgIntrepid eater Robert Sietsema embarks on a quest to find cuy — that South American specialty guinea pig — on New York City menus. The resulting dish was "somewhat gruesome, but also somewhat tasty." [ENY]
