F&W Classic Tix on Sale; Esquire TV's Best Bars Special

ASPEN— The Food & Wine Classic in Aspen isn't until June 20-22 of next year, but tickets are already on sale for the mountain-top event. The full schedule's still TBA, but chefs like Hugh Acheson, Jose Andres, and Sean Brock are among the confirmed speakers so far. FOOD TV— The Esquire Network will debut a one-hour special dedicated to some of the Best Bars in America tonight, December 5 in an episode that highlights some of the top watering holes in Chicago, Milwaukee, and San Francisco. NEW YORK CITY— To pay tribute to the late Judy Rodgers, who passed away earlier this week, NYC's Il Buco Alimentari e Vineria will serve dishes from Rodgers' Zuni Cafe Cookbook all through this weekend. Chef Justin Smillie announced the tribute on Facebook, and he plans to serve some of Rodgers' signature dishes, like the ricotta gnocchi and Zuni roasted chicken. [Eater NY]
