Her work focuses on dining trends and the people changing the industry — and scouting the next hot restaurant you need to try on Eater's annual Best New Restaurant list.

Looks like acclaimed Los Angeles chef Suzanne Goin is going to expand her baking operations. A Craigslist job ad discovered by Eater LA announces that Goin and team are looking for bakery sous chefs to join them at a "a brand new, 8,000 square foot wholesale commercial bread bakery in the Culver City/Mar Vista area." Called Larder Baking Company, the bakery already has a website which explains that baker Nathan Dakdouk has already been baking breads for Goin's restaurants and other wholesale accounts since 2009. The website also says the plan is to bring their breads "to a wider audience" with "the new and premier bread bakery." There's no word on details like whether there will be any seated dining options or how the bakery will be related to Goin's The Larder mixed retail and restaurant concept, so stay tuned.
