As shipping container restaurants continue to be a thing, the Washington Post takes a neat step-by-step look at the creation of DC's forthcoming El Rey taqueria. Apparently, building a restaurant out of the recycled steel shipping containers was a bit of a regulatory challenge and, in this case, ended up costing about the same as a conventional restaurant.
