Steve Hanson, founder of NYC hospitality giant BR Guest, is stepping down after a 25-year run at the "monster" hospitality group. Eater NY reports Hanson — whose group launched concepts like Dos Caminos, Blue Water Grill, and Bill's Bar and Burger — will be replaced by James Gersten. No word yet on Hanson's future plans.
