Chef Paul Bartolotta's Las Vegas restaurant Bartolotta Ristorante di Mare has been under renovation at the Wynn since November, and now, Eater Vegas has a look inside the revamped space. "Modern Fish" is the aesthetic theme of choice: a chandelier made of a "tornado of fish" greets guests as they descend a staircase; walls with mother-of-pearl appliqués are meant to mimic "rays of light." Eater Vegas brings these and 14 other essential design details, including the fact that a revamped lagoon is now "stocked with Koi from Japan."
