Wells' 10 Best of 2013

The New York Times' Pete Wells drops his list of the 10 Best New Restaurants of 2013, which he writes "was a great year for debuts." The top three, in descending order: chef Bryce Shuman's Betony, the "year's most polarizing restaurant" Carbone, and the newly-four-starred Sushi Nakazawa, where "a meal at Mr. Nakazawa's counter is a guided tour of the potential of simple seafood on rice to amaze."
