Manresa Wire

David-Kinch-Manresa-150.jpgBloomberg critic Ryan Sutton reports that when chef David Kinch's two Michelin-starred California restaurant Manresa transitions to serving only one tasting menu in January, the menu will cost $185, the current price of the full tasting menu. The wine pairing will remain at $108 and there will no longer be its shorter menu option. Kinch announced the changeover back in November. [Twitter]
