After announcing last month that it planned to boot Todd English's Olives concept, the Bellagio pulled a switcheroo today, renewing the chef's tenure at the Vegas resort. The Bellagio originally planned to open a new restaurant — with a new menu and without English's name — in early 2014, but after "further consultation, Olives' tenure at the resort has been renewed."
