The final five-episode long season of Treme premiered last night with Janette Desautel (Kim Dickens) opening yet another restaurant. Here's Mike Hale over at the New York Times on the restaurant-themed storyline this season: It "has a rueful charm, helped immensely by the lack of atrocious cameo appearances by celebrity chefs."
