Restaurateur/dreamer Alice Waters stopped by PBS's NewsHour to talk about the usual: organic food, supporting farmers, and the importance of cooking knowledge. Says Waters, the "fast food industry would like us to believe that even cooking is drudgery and sitting down at the table is unimportant... when you think about it, when something is very cheap, it means that somebody is losing out, and I think that person is the farmer."
