papillon.jpgToronto restaurant Le Papillon on the Park has been ordered to pay three ex-employees nearly $100,000 after a tribunal found the restaurant in violation of human rights. The men, who are Muslim, were "forced to eat pork, mocked for speaking Bengali, frequently referred to as sh-t and threatened with replacement by 'white' staff." [Toronto Star]
