A luxury retailer has tapped the Savoy's former pastry chef Martin Chiffers to create what's probably the world's most expensive Christmas pudding: A mound of the stuff will set buyers back £23,500. According to its VeryFirstTo listing, the indulgence will include a 200-year-old Cognac (retail £10,890) in its recipe and is topped with a rare gold coin worth £7,500. But as for the flavor itself, it's up to the buyer: The pudding "will be tailored to the purchaser's specification, taking into account dietary requirements." [AOL Money]
