Malkmus' Milk Bar Flavor; Palmer's Pigs & Pinot 2014

NEW YORK CITY— The Momofuku Milk Bar team has announced a culinary collaboration with influential band Stephen Malkmus & the Jicks: A "very special soft serve" flavor "Cinnamon & Lesbians" — inspired by a similarly named song on Malkmus' new album — will be available at Milk Bar starting January 7, 2014. SONOMA COUNTY— Chef Charlie Palmer has announced the lineup for his ninth-annual edition of Pigs and Pinot, which will toast at Healdsburg, California's Dry Creek Kitchen on March 21 and 22, 2014. In addition to Palmer and Dry Creek's Dustin Valette, chefs Bryan Voltaggio, Amanda Freitag, Frank Crispo, and Philippe Rispoli will collaborate on the gala dinner.
