In a new video for artsy publishers Phaidon (the folks behind his upcoming multibook opus elBulli 2005-2011), Ferran Adrià describes the relationship between the seven-volume cookbook and his ambitious culinary Wiki Bullipedia (or, if you prefer, the "techno-emotional cooking encyclopedia" Bullipedia). Says Adrià of the project: "It aims to be a tool to record, organize, and accumulate information about culinary art in the west. And this will help you create, that's the dream." Go, watch:
