A barista at Minneapolis' Spyhouse Coffee filmed his coffeeshop's La Marzocco FB80 in slow-motion, capturing the birth of an espresso shot at the leisurely pace of 120 frames per second. The usually 25-second process is stretched to nearly two minutes, and the videographer even offers his own viewing suggestion: "Enjoy. Drink coffee. Mute the sound and put on your own music."
