Lawsuits

winestor150nycc.jpgSeveral onetime clients of NYC's WineCare Storage are hoping an upcoming bankruptcy hearing will shed light on the location of their wine, all MIA since Hurricane Sandy destroyed the Chelsea storage space last year. According to owner Derek L. Limbocker, the storm flooded the center's computer system, causing WineCare to lose track of cases' ownership. He does note, though, that restaurateur Keith McNally — who sued for access to his $2 million worth of wine — has received access to his bottles. [NYT]
