Chef Erik Anderson is leaving acclaimed Nashville restaurant The Catbird Seat at the end of this year. Anderson is heading to Minneapolis to be with fiancee Jamie Malone (Sea Change). Fellow founding chef Josh Habiger left the restaurant earlier this year, but owning restaurant group Strategic Hospitality plans to keep the restaurant open. [Nashville Scene via Eater Nashville]
