In this week's review, the New York Times' Pete Wells drops a rare four stars (the highest possible rating) upon Sushi Nakazawa. Chef Daisuke Nakazawa, who trained in the kitchen of Jiro Ono (and appeared in the documentary Jiro Dreams of Sushi), offers an omakase of "fish bliss," featuring fish that "tastes as if it has been coaxed along until it's as delicious as it's ever going to get." As Eater NY notes, Sushi Nakazawa is the sixth NYC restaurant that currently has a four-star rating. [NYT] [Photo: Preston/ENY]
