After ordering six tacos at a San Antonio Mexican restaurant, a 28-year-old man was arrested for allegedly brandishing a sword and demanding he receive his meal for free, "yelling that he wanted his free tacos or somebody was going to die." The San Antonio Express-News reports that Adam Kramer allegedly refused to pay his bill at Alondras De Jalisco restaurant by threatening a waitress with his weapon when she insisted he pay the tab.
Kramer eventually left the restaurant without paying the bill (but still brandishing his sword), and was arrested the following day on an unrelated aggravated assault charge. In the tacos incident, Kramer was charged with aggravated robbery and is being held on $50,000 bail.
