For his first review back on the job at the Times-Picayune, critic Brett Anderson files a three-bean review (out of five) of the New Orleans restaurant Dante's Kitchen which is the first restaurant he reviewed for the paper back in 2001. He writes: "Dante's was very good from the start, and if there is a secret to its graceful maturity, it may be that the restaurant has never strained to be anything more than that." [Times-Picayune]
