Balthazar bathroom attendant Cheikhou Niane reacts to the possibility of losing his job after owner Keith McNally announced that he'll be relieving the attendants from their posts. According to Niane, without him there would be no flushing, excessive paper towel usage, and trash on the floors. Niane says, "This place is very busy. All the time, busy busy. People coming in out.
