Chocolate-Cronut.jpgHere's a look at the Cronut flavor for December: Valrhona Chocolate Champagne. Inventor Dominique Ansel is using Brut Champagne, Valrhona Caraibe 66% dark, and orange zest sugar. Reps from the bakery say this flavor is their "biggest one yet," and with the online pre-order system totally booked out already you might as well just get in line now. [Gothamist]
