LureEaterInterview.jpgEater Miami interviews Lure Fishbar owner John McDonald and executive chef and partner Josh Capon. The branch of their NYC restaurant opens December 2 in the Loews Miami Beach Hotel (replacing Emeril Lagasse's restaurant). Said Capon: "[W]e've been approached by Vegas a couple of times and we all kind of looked at each other at least then and were like, 'You know what? It's just schlep.'
