NASHVILLE— Sean Brock has announced the first guest chef for his event/restaurant space the Stables at Husk: Eater Nashville reports that Joseph Lenn, of Walland, Tennessee's the Blackberry Farm, will collaborate with Brock on a "fried chicken and beer family-style feast" on December 9. COPENHAGEN— The culinary summer camp known as MAD Symposium has released yet-another new video, this time of historian Michael Twitty's presentation focusing on culinary injustice in the American South.
