NASHVILLESean Brock has announced the first guest chef for his event/restaurant space the Stables at Husk: Eater Nashville reports that Joseph Lenn, of Walland, Tennessee's the Blackberry Farm, will collaborate with Brock on a "fried chicken and beer family-style feast" on December 9. COPENHAGEN— The culinary summer camp known as MAD Symposium has released yet-another new video, this time of historian Michael Twitty's presentation focusing on culinary injustice in the American South. Twitty launches into his presentation with a joke — "I think René brought me here because he wanted to up the black gay Jewish population of Denmark by a new high" — before offering a deeply personal history about his family and Denmark.
