Iron Chef Alex Guarnaschelli's second location of her restaurant Butter opened in New York City's Midtown last week, and Eater NY has a look inside. The main dining room is actually underground, with an atrium that lets in natural light. And, as Eater NY notes, since the original Butter is currently closed for renovations, this is currently the only place to get Guarnaschelli's butter-poached lobster, duck rillettes, and veal bacon.
