Sneak Peek: Per-Anders Jorgensen's Eating With the Chefs

Book publisher Phaidon has other plans for you this Spring in addition to their massive, multi-volume Ferran Adrià set: according to their new Winter/Spring 2014 catalog, fans of Fool magazine have a new cookbook from EIC/head photographer Per-Anders Jorgensen to look forward to. Eating With the Chefs will look at 18 top international restaurants including Noma (Copenhagen), Le Chateaubriand (Paris), The French Laundry (Yountville, CA), El Celler de Can Roca (Girona, Spain), Blue Hill at Stone Barns (Pocantico Hills, NY), Chez Panisse (Berkeley, CA), Roberta's (Brooklyn, NY), and Attica (Melbourne).

The book will feature 200 of Jorgensen's photos — in addition to Fool, he has done the photography for the Mugaritz and Cook it Raw books — and 50 staff meal recipes from the featured restaurants. The book will be out in March 2014 (pre-order from Phaidon); below, a sneak peek.
