Following chef René Redzepi's appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live last night, writer Josh Ozersky posits: "This Man Is A Celebrity Chef. Nobody Has Eaten His Food." Ozersky writes: "But nobody outside of a few gastrocrats and a handful of food writers has been to Noma. He calls Redzepi "a figure famed pretty much for being famous." [Esquire]
