Here's a video of Boston chef Barbara Lynch's talk at this year's MAD Symposium in Copenhagen. Lynch discusses her tough childhood (which apparently included stealing a city bus and being a bookie), trusting her instincts with a singular focus, and her journey to running a $24 million company. Lynch explains that she doesn't think her accomplishments come from luck: "Everyone is always like, 'You're so lucky.' Am I lucky? Or do I have guts? I have balls." She also discusses a plan to start a company based around dehydrating healthy foods to be sold to hospitals, airports, and in vending machines. Go, watch:
