After announcing plans to shutter his eponymous two Michelin-starred Chicago restaurant at the end of the year, chef and MasterChef judge Graham Elliot has revealed the menu for the final weeks of service. Eater Chicago reports the menu is 15 courses (up from 12), and is designed to look like the periodic table of elements. This will be the only menu available at the restaurant until its final night of service on New Year's Eve.
The menu features both old and new dishes, with "reimagined versions of Graham Elliot classics" and dishes that might be a part of the menu when Elliot reopens his restaurant with a new concept and location in 2014. The exact location for the next iteration of Graham Elliot hasn't been announced yet, but Eater Chicago says the chef is "getting close to securing the new location." The dishes on the menu below all feature four ingredients, with no ingredients repeated. Have a look:
