Former Village Voice critic and Eater NY contributor Robert Sietsema landed himself a book deal with Houghton Mifflin Harcourt. The book will be called New York in a Dozen Dishes. According to Publishers Marketplace (reg required), it will be "a multi-decade foray through the city, exploring a cross-section of its most significant foods, from pizza to masala dosa, and the culture and communities that have surrounded them, with recipes."
