blackbearchar150.jpgCoffee megagiant Starbucks has lost its recent legal bid to prevent a New Hampshire roaster from selling a coffee called "Charbucks." The Chicago Tribune reports that a New York Court of Appeals upheld an earlier court decision allowing Black Bear Micro Roastery to continue its use of the word "Charbucks" in three house roasts.
