NEW YORK CITY— Chef Suzanne Goin will join April Bloomfield in the kitchen at her lauded Spotted Pig for a one-night collaboration inspired in part by Goin's latest cookbook, A.O.C. NEW ORLEANS— Chef John Besh is the latest to jump on the "curated subscription box" train with the launch of BeshBox, a subscription service that sees Besh hand-selecting the culinary items in each shipment. LAS VEGAS— Chefs representing many of Las Vegas' top restaurants will go head-to-head in the annual "Culinary Clash" at the Venetian Las Vegas, scheduled for December 13 and 14. Emeril Legasse serves as master of ceremonies during the two-day event, which sees chefs cooking up baskets of mystery ingredients in a tournament-style competition.
