Bloomberg critic Ryan Sutton files a 2-star review (out of 4) of Boston chefs Ken Oringer and Jamie Bissonnette's New York City restaurant Toro. He finds some of the dishes "hit-or-miss" (a skirt steak with red onion marmalade is a "cloying crime against cow"), but overall, Sutton says Toro is "pretty great" and "makes an important statement in its embrace of ... unusual edibles."
