Michelin stars for Chicago are embargoed until 3:30 PM CST today, but the Chicago Sun-Times had a hard time with AM vs PM and ran the results last night. It's since been pulled but Google Cache and Bing Cache both have it. The news: Grant Achatz's Alinea remains at three stars; new at the two-star level is chef Curtis Duffy's recently-opened restaurant Grace. Sixteen in the Trump Tower was bumped up from one star to two. Michelin reps tell Eater Chicago that they're "extremely disappointed" with the Sun-Times. [ST, Eater Chicago]
