Here is a photo shared via Reddit of what is said to be "raw McRib meat." According to the McDonald's website, the annual, faux-scarce novelty sandwich features "tender, boneless pork" — shaped to appear as if it has bones — "bathed" in "sweet and tangy BBQ sauce." The McRib is known as much for its curious shape as for its dedicated fans including Stephen Colbert and the writers at Conan. Reddit user DJDanak claims that a friend who works at McDonald's sent him the above photo of the frozen McRib meat, but as of right now it's not totally clear whether this is the real deal. The boxes in the photo seem to put the alleged McRib supply somewhere in Canada.
