Watch a Trailer for the Cook It Raw (Charleston) Doc

Last month, culinary adventure/chef symposium Cook It Raw hosted its first-ever event on U.S. soil in Charleston, South Carolina, drawing chefs like Albert Adrià, Alex Stupak, Sean Brock, and April Bloomfield. The weeklong event — featuring foraging expeditions, barbecues, and many conversations about the history of "lowcountry" cuisine — was filmed for an upcoming documentary, and the first trailer is already available. Cook It Raw (Charleston) will hit theaters in early 2014, but for now, the video:
