Last night, Danny Bowien held a preview dinner for his hotly anticipated NYC spot Mission Cantina, and reactions from the Twitterverse reveal some of the possible menu items. In addition to previously announced dishes like tacos al pastor, expect soft-scrambled eggs with uni, caviar and chicharrones, and scallop and beef heart ceviche. Mission Cantina opens next week.
