Milk Bar's Thanksgiving Croissants; Tavern Vinegar Co.

NEW YORK CITYChristina Tosi has announced that Momofuku Milk Bar will once again offer what Eater NY calls its greatest creation: the "Thanksgiving Croissant." The "magical" savory pastry — which is available now — features a celery-salt croissant dough stuffed with turkey, cranberry sauce, and gravy to mimic an entire Thanksgiving dinner. [Eater NY]

CLEVELAND— Cleveland chef Jonathon Sawyer will soon officially launch his line of Tavern Vinegar, a collaboration between Sawyer and Columbus distillery Middle West Spirits. The barrel-aged vinegars come in varieties like "garlic and beer garum," "Japanese plum wine," and a cocktail vinegar that's "ideal with botanicals and gins."
