Chef Rick Bayless has officially inked a deal to open another project in Chicago, this time in the West Loop's Randolph Row. The as-yet-unnamed restaurant — rumored since July of this year — will take up 7,500-square-feet in a rehabbed building just a few blocks away from Next/Aviary, Stephanie Izard's Little Goat Bread, and Graham Elliot Bistro.

Details are scarce, but as Eater Chicago notes, it's the second Bayless project currently underway in the city after a four-year drought: In late September, Bayless confirmed that he was working on a new project in the Wicker Park neighborhood. (Meanwhile, not in Chicago, Bayless is also working on a student-cafe concept at the University of Pennsylvania campus.) More information about both projects as it becomes available.
