kumascomm150.jpgChicago burger joint Kuma's, which attracted controversy last week after topping its "Ghost" burger with an unconsecrated communion wafter, has offered to donate $1,500 to Catholic Charities as a penance of sort — but the organization tells the Chicago Tribune that it won't accept the donation. Says Catholic Charities in a statement, "We strongly urge Kuma's to discontinue selling a burger that disrespects that faith and the faith of all Christians." [Tribune; previously]
